Come visit us at the Delaware County Fair in Walton, NY August 17-22! This year the Watershed Agricultural Council (WAC) will be celebrating our Conservation Footprint and positive environmental impact on the NYC Watershed.

Everyday a Pure Catskills member who is also a participant in one or all of our other  programs (Agriculture, Forestry and Conservation Easements), will be showcasing their farm fresh food from 12-4pm.

Stop by for a sample and learn more about how the sustainable practices our farmers are practicing are positively effecting the working landscapes and products of the region.

Monday August 17: 10 AM tent opening ceremony with DEP Comissioner Emily Lloyd, 10:15 100th DEP Agriculture Lease signing

Monday August 17:  12-4: PC member Maple Shade Farm sampling homemade jams

Tuesday August 18: 12-4 PC member Riverdale Farm and Forest sampling their beef and pork meatballs

Wednesday August 19: 12-4 PC member Lucky Dog Cafe sampling farm fresh kale salad

Thursday August 20: 12-4 PC member Bovina Valley Farms sampling Aldernay Tomme cheese

Friday August 21: 12-4 PC member The Farmer’s Wife sampling baked goods

Saturday August 22: PC Member Greenane Farms sampling Mexican Cuisine from their new restaurant
