INVITATION TO BID

John Shephard, 1610 Hollister Hill Road, Delhi NY is seeking bids for a roofed barnyard – concrete and timber; access road and an underground outlet to be funded by the Watershed Agricultural Council.   Prospective bidders will receive a bid package which contains a bid sheet with instructions to bidders, sample contract, plans and specifications.  Bid packages may be obtained by contacting Chelsea Ingram at the Watershed Program Office, 44 West Street, Walton, NY 13856 or by calling 607-865-7090 ext. 209.  Prospective bidders must be in attendance for the full group site showing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026, at the Shephard location stated above.  Failure to attend will result in the rejection of your bid.  Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Shephard Sealed Bid” and will be accepted on behalf of the landowner at the Watershed Agricultural Program Office at 44 West Street, Walton, NY until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 7, 2026 where they will be opened and read.  Small and minority owned businesses are encouraged to apply.  The Watershed Agricultural Council, Inc. reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  E.O.E.
