Spring is upon us in the NYC Watershed! Farms are welcoming lamb and calves, the sap is flowing and the days are getting longer. This time of year is always hectic as we are finishing our Pure Catskills Membership drive and returning from a great weekend at the International Food and Restaurant Show, held March 6-8 in New York City. Our Forestry staff has been busy bringing you the most up-to-date information on Maple Syrup production on their new website MyWoodlot.com and our Agriculture staff has been busy preparing for another season of Whole Farm Planning.
